FlexiConvert provides free tools for converting image formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, PDF, etc.) directly in the user's browser. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuous availability or specific results.

3. Terms of Use

• Use of the service is free and requires no registration.
• It is prohibited to use the service to convert illegal content, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or content that violates any applicable regulations.
• The user is solely responsible for the content of files they upload.
• Automated use (bots, scrapers) without express authorisation is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

FlexiConvert is not liable for: damages arising from the use or inability to use the service; data loss during the conversion process; or the content of external websites linked from this site. Uploaded files are processed in memory and deleted immediately; we accept no liability for errors in the resulting conversion.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, logos and other original elements of the site are the property of FlexiConvert and are protected by intellectual property law. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
