In short
- You don't need to sign up or give us any personal data to use FlexiConvert.
- Your files are only used to convert them and are deleted automatically.
- Analytics (Google Analytics) only runs if you accept it.
- We never sell or share your data.

What data we process, why and for how long

We don't look at the content of your files, we don't share them and we don't use them for anything else.
Who else may access the data
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers FlexiConvert works on and only processes data following our instructions.
- Google, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability. Write to us at legal@flexiconvert.com.
You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time from the cookie settings (see the cookie policy).
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the data protection authority of your country.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its last updated date.
